How long will my order take?
Each product is made to order by our trusted print partners. Please allow 5–8 business days for printing and delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As items are custom and made to order, we can’t make changes once printing has started. We kind ask that you please double-check your details before confirming.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts at €3.99 and is based on total order weight. Heavier or fragile items like mugs cost a little more to ship safely.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
We do everything possible to produce and dispatch orders quickly. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. However, during particular times of year like Christmas, courier services such as UPS can experience delays due to increased demand.
While this is outside our control, please know that we are keeping a close eye on deliveries and are here to support you if you need assistance. If it’s been longer than 10 days, please contact us with your order number so we can check the status.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check our size guide before ordering — as each product is made to order, we can’t accept returns for sizing errors.
Can I return my order?
As each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size or preference. We will work with you to organise a replacement for any damaged or misprinted items from our production partner Gelato.
